Terms of Use

Thank you for using memori. We kept this short.

1. These terms

These terms apply to memori (the "app"), an iPhone app made by mooha. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If they conflict, these terms prevail.

2. License

mooha grants you a personal license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not modify and redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sell the app.

3. The numbers are estimates

Days left, meetings left and life expectancy shown in the app are simple estimates based on statistical averages (Korea's 2024 life tables) and a few things you enter. They do not diagnose health or predict lifespan. Please do not use them as a basis for medical, insurance or financial decisions.

4. Your records

What you enter is yours. It is stored only on your device; mooha does not keep or back it up. If you lose your device or delete records, they cannot be recovered.

5. Notifications and widgets

Notifications, widgets and the Lock Screen work within what iOS allows. They may be delayed or not shown depending on iOS limits or device settings. Please don't rely on the app alone for important dates.

6. Purchases and refunds

If there are paid purchases, payment and refunds are handled through the App Store under Apple's policies.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". mooha builds and maintains it with care but does not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, mooha is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
