Privacy Policy

THREE does not collect personal information.

1. What we collect

Nothing. THREE has no accounts, sign-in, servers, ads or analytics. mooha never sees or receives what you write or how you use the app.

2. What is stored on your device

Your tasks, whether and when they were done, start and due times, and your settings (day start time, reminders, appearance, accent color) are stored only on your device. Widgets and the Lock Screen read the same on-device store. The Apple Watch app gets the same information directly from your paired device or through iCloud.

3. iCloud sync

iCloud sync is on from the start. While it is on, this information syncs between devices on the same Apple Account through Apple’s iCloud (your own private database). Apple processes this data; mooha cannot access it. iCloud is a service between you and Apple, so mooha does not transfer your information abroad or hand it to anyone. You can turn it off in Settings ▸ iCloud Sync. Apple’s handling of data follows the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not pass through any server.

5. Contact email

If you email us from the app, we use your email address and message (and the device model, iOS and app version if included) only to reply, and delete them once the conversation is finished.

6. Deleting your data

Settings ▸ Delete All Records, or deleting the app, removes data on the device. Data in iCloud can be removed in your device’s Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Storage. Once a conversation is finished, we delete your email from both the inbox and the trash.

7. Your rights

Everything you enter stays on your device, so you can view, edit and delete it in the app yourself. To see or delete an email you sent us, write to [email protected]. We act on it within 10 days.

8. How we keep it safe

mooha has no servers, so we keep no copy of your information. We read support email only in a mail account protected by two-step verification.

9. Children

THREE collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you are under 14, please email us together with a parent or guardian. If we find we have email from a child, we delete it right after replying.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post it on this page with a new effective date.
