Terms of Use

Thank you for using mooha’s apps. One short set of terms covers all of them.

1. These terms

These terms apply to the apps made by mooha (THREE, ONE, memori, off and future apps, the “Apps”). The Apps follow Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), and these terms apply in addition to it. By downloading or using an App, you agree to both.

2. License

mooha gives you the right to use the Apps for personal use on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not modify and redistribute, reverse engineer, or sell the Apps.

3. Your records

What you write in the Apps is yours. It is stored on your device and, for some Apps, in your own iCloud. mooha does not keep or back it up. If you lose your device or delete your records, they may not be recoverable. Each App’s privacy policy explains what is stored and where.

4. Notifications and widgets

Notifications, widgets and Lock Screen displays work within what the operating system allows. They may be late or not appear because of system limits or your device settings. Please do not rely on the Apps alone for important commitments.

5. App-specific notes

Numbers in memori, such as visits or days left, are averages, not predictions. off locks apps with Screen Time and NFC tags, works only within what the operating system allows, and always explains how to unlock.

6. Purchases and refunds

If there are paid purchases, payment and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s policies.

7. Limitation of liability

The Apps are provided “as is.” mooha builds and fixes them with care but does not guarantee they are free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, mooha is not liable for indirect damages from using the Apps. However, mooha is responsible for harm caused by its intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we will post them on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Apps after a change, you agree to the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
