Privacy Policy

ensō does not collect personal information.

1. Information we collect

None. ensō has no accounts, sign-in, servers, ads or analytics. mooha never sees or receives what you write or how you use the app.

2. Information stored on your device

Your habit and its cue (for example, after making morning coffee), the day you started, the days you drew a stroke and when, the lines you left, past circles, and settings (reminders and their time, appearance, accent color) are stored only on your device. Widgets and the Lock Screen read the same storage on that device.

3. Notifications

Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Tapping “Done” on a reminder records the stroke in your device’s storage only, without going through any server.

4. Keepsake images

The image you make with Keep is drawn on your device. You choose where to send it, and mooha never receives it.

5. Deleting information

Settings ▸ Erase the circle and start over deletes the current circle, its strokes and the lines you left. Deleting the app removes everything, including past circles and settings. Once we have answered an email, we delete it from our inbox and trash.

6. Your rights

Everything you write stays on your device, so you can view, edit and delete it in the app. To see or delete an email you sent us, write to [email protected]. We handle it within ten days.

7. How we keep it safe

mooha has no servers, so we hold no information. We read support email only in an account protected by two-step verification.

8. Children

ensō does not collect personal information from anyone, children included. If you are under 14, please email us together with a parent or guardian. If we receive a child’s email without knowing, we delete it right after replying.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
